VibVue® captures video of your machinery in operation and processes it with it’s proprietary motion magnification techniques that transcend traditional sampling limits.
Utilizing a standard video camera running at modest frame rates, VibVue® applies it’s patent-pending Warp Speed methods to extend frequency detection deep into the kilohertz range (beyond 10,000 Hz). The VibVue® software then magnifies microscopic machinery motions up to more than 1,000×, allowing machinery vibrations to become visible.
Results and visuals can then be packaged into automated reports (PPT, PDF, Excel) to document findings and guide your facility’s maintenance decisions.
